Knoxville Association of Legal Administrators Business Partner Sponsorship Opportunities
Web Site Advertiser – $250.00 per year
Our Knoxville Chapter website is by far the most cost-effective way to advertise to Knoxville’s legal community administrators. Advertisements on our website are available to the public, and the site is visited often by our members, as well as other area legal administrators. As a Web Site Advertiser, you will receive an ad on our chapter website for one year, which links to your business website. Your business will also be listed on the Business Partner Directory page on our chapter website, again linked to your business website.
Additional benefits: You will be provided with the Knoxville Association of Legal Administrators membership directory with pertinent contact information, and you will receive an invitation for one person to attend our annual Business Partner appreciation event with all chapter members. This reception allows you to spend one-on-one time with individual chapter members. Additional invitations to attend the Business Partner appreciation event may be purchased for $75 each.
Purchase a Web Site Advertising Sponsorship
Business Partner Sponsor – $375.00 per year
The Knoxville Chapter is actively involved in support of programs and needs within our chapter and the legal industry. Our Business Partners provide capital and human resources to assist us in those endeavors.
The benefits afforded this level of sponsorship include recognition as a Business Partner on our chapter website. As a Business Partner Sponsor, you will receive an ad on our chapter website for one year, which links to your business website. Your business will also be listed on the Business Partner Directory page on our chapter website, again linked to your business website.

Purchase a Business Partner Sponsorship
Educational Luncheon Sponsor – $500.00 – This option has limited availability.
Educational Luncheon Programs are presented approximately 9 times per year via a monthly luncheon where all chapter members attend. The Educational Luncheon Sponsor is invited to attend one of these meetings, will be recognized as a sponsor and provided an opportunity to address the members present for up to 5 minutes regarding their products and services. The Educational Luncheon Sponsor also can visit with KALA members before and after the meeting.
Occasionally, an Educational Luncheon Sponsor may be invited to present the educational portion of the meeting. Luncheon programs and presenters are determined by our Educational Committee and are limited in content and focus to meet educational meeting requirements set out by the international Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). An Education Committee member may contact a luncheon sponsor to discuss such a presentation if your services and expertise meet those requirements. If afforded this opportunity, please be aware that an educational presentation cannot be used as a forum for promoting your specific company but must provide educational value in a particular area as defined by the KALA.

Inquire about an Educational Luncheon Sponsorship
Social Event Sponsor – $1,000.00 each for up to 3 sponsors at an event or $2,500.00 for exclusive sponsorship of the event. This option has limited availability.
Social events are generally held two times per year (typically July for a summer social and December for a Holiday social) where sponsors meet our members in a fun and relaxed setting. Exclusive sponsorship of the event is available at a cost of $2,500 and up to five representatives can attend. Shared sponsorship of a social event is available for $1,000 for up to three businesses. Two representatives per business can attend a shared social event.

As a $2,500 Social Event Sponsor, you will receive a more prominently displayed ad on our chapter website for one year, which links to your business website. Your business will also be listed on the Business Partner Directory page on our chapter website, again linked to your business website.
As a $1,000 Social Event Sponsor, you will receive an ad on our chapter website for one year, which links to your business website. Your business will also be listed on the Business Partner Directory page on our chapter website, again linked to your business website.
Additional benefits: You will be provided the Knoxville Association of Legal Administrators membership directory with pertinent contact information. Each $1,000 Social Event sponsor will receive an invitation for two people to attend our annual Business Partner appreciation event, while a $2,500 Social Event sponsor will receive an invitation for three people to attend the Business Partner appreciation event. The Business Partner appreciation event allows you to spend one-on-one time with individual chapter members. Additional invitations to attend the Business Partner appreciation event may be purchased for $75 each.

Legal Industry Sponsor – $2,500.00 – Limited to no more than two sponsors for a specific legal event
Other opportunities for partnering with the KALA arise from time to time. Examples include sponsorship of an annual Law Firm Leadership event, which is attended by firm administrators and attorneys who are directly involved in the management of their firms, or a joint event between the KALA and the Knoxville Bar Association (KBA) such as KBA’s Continuing Legal Education programs. These opportunities are limited and project specific. If you are interested in sponsoring a project or event of this nature, we will be glad to consider your interest as such opportunities arise.

As a Legal Industry Sponsor, you will receive a prominently displayed ad on our chapter website for one year, which links to your business website. For example, Business Partners may be interested in participating in the ALA’s Legal Marketplace to advertise their products and services to all ALA members and the legal community at large.
