Each year, the Knoxville Association
of Legal Administrators conducts a survey of Knoxville law firms to obtain an
independent and confidential report of the compensation and benefits being
provided to non-lawyer employees. This information is used by each law
firm independently and cannot be shared or discussed by ALA member or non-member
firm personnel.
The survey report is available for
free to participating KALA member firms, and is available for purchase by those that are not
members of the KALA or are in KALA but did not participate in the survey. A link below is provided for our members and those
non-members who have purchased the survey, as a convenient way to access the
survey results in addition to the printed copy provided.
